As we mentioned in previous articles, endometriosis growing somewhere else other than the endometrium also reacts to hormonal signals of the monthly menstrual cycle by building up tissue, breaking it, and eliminating it through the menstrual period. Snapdragon also known as antirrhinums, it is a flower plant belongs to the family Scrophulariaceae. It has been used in traditional medicine as immune system booster.

1. Anthocyanin

4. Muscle tension

It is also a sedative agent that helps to relax the muscle in the abdomen resulting in reducing the risk of over active uterine muscles which cause menstrual cramps.

Snapdragon also helps to aid liver in carbohydrate metabolism, thereby, it helps to improve the levels of energy in the body resulting in lessening the symptoms of tiredness, fatigue and dizziness.
